Our company

The idea for this company started about 10 years ago. After years of reflecting the initiative was formalised in July 2009. AKENTANNOS will give people from outside Sardinia the opportunity to learn about all sorts of components from the Sardinian diet, which is considered to be one of the healthiest on this planet. The products that are offered are authentical products from the island in the Mediterranean Sea. In order to ensure a high quality of our products only those products are selected that are approved by a special panel. This team consists of local people from Sardinia and external subject matter experts. All products are screened on a quarterly basis. Therefore, the assortment may vary from time to time.
